New batch of weapons and artillery for Ukraine stalled in the House of Representatives

Everybody seems ready to concede that the House of Representatives is in no organized state to pass on a bill that will release what Ukraine is in need of by way of weaponry and artillery to withstand the near-nightly onslaught from Russia of aircraft and drones bombarding its cities, especially, the Black Sea ports.

Worse yet, the federal government may have to shut down some of its important operations come the 17th of November, or thereabouts.

Meanwhile, President Biden tries to do an admirable job of leading this country through a series of proxy battles, jeopardizing the cause of freedom and independence of Ukraine and the security of the Israeli citizenry--so far.  Not to mention the skirmishes with the US military, apparently conducted by Iran, in Syria and Iraq.
