Prime Minister Sunak may have noticed the problems in instituting democracy worldwide.

I know people who have a direct line to the Prime Minister's office London.  It has become a pressing problem that corruption in government not be a hindrance to starting democracy.  It simply is to be glossed over.  I attended an Olli Class at American University.  The two teachers were Bill and Rita Hadden from Hong Kong.  They realize the reason why corruption must be glossed over.  I would use them as a reference.

What we need is to get as many countries as Biden thinks can become democratic now and start working with them to establish democracy.  Talk is cheap; action requires patience and perseverance to work with them and do it!  Sunak's office should help to identify nations of the English Commonwealth of Nations organization of theirs that can provide technical assistance.

The idea is to work through governments, not through NGOs or well-meaning groups non-governmental.

Let me know how things are going, but work with Sunak's office directly!--and here in US, Biden's office directly. I understand the Vice President will be the conduit.
