The air from Moscow is drifting over Kyiv: President Putin wants another term to help friends and is willing to talk peace through a cease-fire arrangement.

I hope President Zelensky would consider winds that don't often blow favorably as at present, but I think he should consider this a good omen for Ukrainian development of his country after so much war and stench.

It's worked out for Georgia (home of the former Premier J. Stalin), because its Russian territory provides a glimpse into what the West can offer former Russian satellites of the USSR when they settle down in the lap of independence and freedom of thought and action of a people doing their own thing, un-encumbered by the voice of a dictator in their ear.

My opinion.
