Rumor has it from the Middle East that Hamas was acting in a proxy posture.

Just as the Houthis are acting as proxies in the Red Sea, might not Hamas been acting as a proxy for Iran, also in its onslaught of Israelis?

I came across the rumor here in town, today.  However, the plan was circulated in the region, I understand.
