Mr. Netanyahu is recuperating from heart procedures; it's time for him to rest.

I think the Prime Minister of Israel is in no physical condition to cope with the passing historic legislation through the Knesset and dealing with the repercussions of attempting to relieve the Defense Minister Gallant of his position, a job he has faithfully filled until he objected to the new legislation that scraps the power of the courts over the Israeli administration.

Meantime, the Hezbollah of Lebanon are conducting talks of fighting back over the Israeli "house keeping" of the Palestinian areas in the South Bank with the Muslim Hamas, which controls the Palestinian region in Gaza.  This is certainly a time for Israel to be posed in strong military posture for reasons of security of the land.

There can be another time that the issue of court vs. Knesset over the reasonableness standard can be decided, after Prime Minister Netanyahu has recovered from his medical treatments.

Interesting, the Likud party is divided whether to pursue the issue at this time.

My opinion.
