I'm having difficulty getting my red, white and blue Metro Accessibility Card!

On the form for recertification it gives the address where the doctor, when he's filled out his portion, should send it.  My doctor at GWU medical faculty associates sent it to the faxed address--"655 Virginia, Wash. DC" and that's where my doctor, after I filled out my portion, and he filled out his--sent it."

They are in the process of moving the Metro Accessibility Office.  It is still at 300 7th St. SW, in the back of the building.  But the address where the doctor sent my completed Recertification form for the red, white, and blue Card is 655 Virginia Ave., SW, which is the Lyft Office, I believe.  But the address given for sending the Recertification form filled out is only that address on the form, whereas when I go in person, I am sent to the Metro Accessibility Office on 300 7th Street, back of building, SW.

So, when I tried to see what happened to the form that the doctor filled out containing what I filled out, too, before I gave it to him, I found myself in the Metro Accessibility Office on 300 7th St. SW.  The Accessibility Office told me they had never received it; but they allowed me to leave my copy of the form  that both my doctor and I filled out and he then faxed into 655 Virginia St., SW, which was listed for documents to be sent to on the form we filled out.

I've talked to management at the SOME building I live in and they said they'd look into my situation as much as they could.

That's how matters stand.  I have no extension nor new picture card of the red, white and blue valid for extended use.  But I did leave my copy of the form to which the clerk attached some data that said I am trying to get the red, white and blue Metro Accessibility Card.  She told me it would take an additional 45 days.    

UPDATE: 3/6/24: My sponsor, the FBI, has gotten in touch with me.  I'm listed in their database.  They say it may take going back to the DC Administrative Court; and they recommend my Case Manager appointed by Autumnleaf Health Care Agency get involved henceforth.  I see my Case Manager on next Tuesday.  She drops by, and I'll explain the situation about my recertification-application for the Red, White and Blue Metro Pass already submitted to Metro for action.

This is indeed welcome news.  Slowly, Europe is becoming an integral community.

I got to see and talk with those brave soldiers who endured the sufferings and transformation the Rose Revolution meant for Georgians, ever after--coming through Washington, DC.

I am sorry that Mr. Saakashvili has been imprisoned.   If anything, the one characteristic those who fought for freedom and liberty in the Rose Revolution knew that independence from the Russian regime marks the inaugural of having one's own identity among the nations of the world.  Georgia was fighting to become free, their own particular being, developing their own culture and path among nations of the world.

But I felt at the time in Washington, DC when many leaders from Georgia drifted among us, that there was a naivete in anticipating the military crew from the Kremlin they yet were to confront at their doors in Georgia.  After all, Josef Stalin came from Georgia, as if that were to shackle Georgians forever to the Russian Bear!

Still, you are independent and like Ukraine, you fight for your family to stay independent, to be Georgian, following your way of life.  I respect you!

A Quandary for the Free World

Nuclear fusion has to be brought into the solution of climate change--period.

President Putin must be fully aware of this necessity.

Now, intelligence of the free world must come up with the solution to the Russian dilemma.

No question in my mind: President Biden has the right position for the United States in supporting Israel in its time of October Crisis!

The United States position in its support of Israel is precisely that of our truly wondrous President, Mr. Joe Biden, pushing in the Middle East!   Israel, I hope, will stand by him, because it took fortitude to toe a path of righteous indignation against a fiendishly hostile Hamas, yet cautioning Israel to save as many Palestinians caught in the crossfire, crying out in disparate need of humanitarian care and the attention of a medical cadre.

And, he, President Biden, is up for re-election when the Democrats, to my mind, should be thankful this man has turned out to have the position--not popular--that is aimed at preserving Israel's independence and yet argues for Palestinian independence, a truly righteous position, yet so needful to counter Iran's threat and jeopardy to international commerce in the region.

Just like I suspected, the Israeli Zionists regard the Palestinians as second-class citizens wherever they live, incapable of living under their own government in their own sovereign state.

The Israeli Prime Minister offers Israel to oversee the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank.

They, whom the Criminal Court at the Hague are considering--are they involved in conducting a genocide of the Palestinians?  

I hope the Arab leaders are catching the implications of how the Israeli Zionists regard Palestinians compared to their own, i.e., Jews living in the Holy Land.

Russian oil refined in India, Turkey, and China, moved on as a tertiary product, not as Russian any longer.

The products that oil is refined to become mixed into are then sold to companies in Europe, and even maybe to companies in the United States, like aviation fuel.  Who can track the supply chains from original source taken from the ground through the complicated ingredients of admixture to point where the oil is ultimately consumed?

Yes, India is making a name for itself, becoming the point where Russian oil becomes aviation fuel, thus losing its identity as Russian oil, to becoming simply oil mixed with oil from some other part of the world.  Indeed, Mr. Modi is in his heyday, recognized as a world leader, despite his apparent dislike of Muslims in Kashmir. 

Tracking from aviation fuel to its source in some oil reserve in Russia is a difficult undertaking, seemingly; but necessary if the US sanctions are to become viable, in stopping Russian GDP growth from its sale of oil in the oil fields to refineries in China, Turkey and India to a form for some industrial use.

Whew, my opinion! 

About a week and a half ago, my sponsor got in touch with me!

They said to report anything out-of-the-ordinary.

About three weeks ago, I received several postcards from the SJSU alumni organization, asking whether I had graduated from there.  After the first postcard from that office, I received two more, at least.  I finally called the number they had on the card to tell them, the date, 1969, was correct, but that I had graduated with the PhD from NYU and I mentioned my two dissertation advisers I had for the paper.

They then asked, did I think I graduated with the BA from SJSU; and I told them I never went there.

No more cards came.

It's unusual, so I'm reporting it.  

Former Congresswoman Liz Cheney is on a talk show this morning.

 It's not well known that the Vice President Dick Cheney, the Congresswoman's father, is the pioneer of nation-building the US military was deploying in Iraq and in Afghanistan, before the Allies pulled out.

And, I believe, the methods Cheney devised works.  Obviously, because it is so new, it was never fully operational, but I think there's enough there to regard it a major method of reconstruction is now available.

Yes, if you plug into AI algorithms the appropriate thought patterns of aggressors and together with present situations, you should know what they'll do!

AI helps in making predictions, too; not just give you options to carry out and do plans of action!

It's the President's decision, but when Congress isn't in session, he can invoke executive powers on behalf of Ukraine, I think.

 President Biden knows way more than me, but I think he can invoke his executive powers when Congress isn't in session.

Just a thought because the situation confronting Ukraine is so dire!

My opinion. 

The Greatness of AI is enabling the application of the world's greatest ideas and thoughts: philosophies!

We have throughout history recorded and preserved the world's greatest ideas and proposals.

But our situations today bespeak modern technologies and world changes, i.e., our perceptions.  What would the time-honored ideas and outlooks say about us, i.e., what we can do in light of who we are, in our new world?

AI should be able to make new applications to our rich history of human responses, even as the world is so different in activities and confrontations of the New World of today.

It will take some doing to make the new set of reality with the eternal ideas mankind has come up with through the Centuries of recorded human thoughts and proposals.  I leave it to you!

The world of today need not think it is starting from scratch!

I may be moving the end of this month!

 My case manager at Autumnleaf apparently did not process my Medicaid application with the City of Washington, DC, properly and so I will lose it; and for me that probably means I have to move out of here the 29th and go to a shelter.  My health aide did mention if that were to happen, because I'm still active so it is a possibility, she would see if I could live with her clan from Sierra Leone.

I see my case worker on Tuesday and  possibly my health aide will be there too.

I think China has good reason to stop the Houthi blockade of the Red Sea

China needs commerce and trade or their companies suffer financially--which explains why the China government should help intervene to help the United States and its allies open up this important trade waterway.  

It has a military base at the Horn of Africa.

I pray President Biden has a productive meeting with the Muslims in Michigan tomorrow!

I've been working to modernize elements of the Muslim faith to adjust to the youth that have been recruited in America to that faith.

It's been going well as recently reported in the Economist--the Saudi leadership has taken up the cudgel.

President Biden has secured many Muslims to vote for him; and many have turned into loyal adherents to Democracy, I note.

My fingers are crossed things will go well at the meeting between the Biden people and the Muslim leaders in that state!

You may know that I was in Beijing and convinced the Chinese government leaders to be tolerant of Christians in that country--some 30 years ago.  The relationship still stands.
