Is the Russian Oligarchy aware of the strides European technology in producing lab-food alternatives?

Eventually, Finland could lead the world in adopting this mode of eating.  A major break-through in technology--probably. 

That could be a promising avenue for uniting the region in world-wide entrepreneur transactions.

I first heard of it in my connections with local think-tanks--especially, Brookings.
