It's Time for the Russian people to contact their oligarchs and work together with the West

NATO and the US and the EU are waiting for change in Russia, starting with the Russian people's voice.

President Putin can be replaced with a new President; and democracy can enter even into the Kremlin!  No more need for distrust and sabotage.
